Admission and registration processes
We will follow strict social distancing and personal hygiene guidelines, as recommended by the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
It’s been a crazy spring. We should have been smashing cars long ago, but we all did our part, and now it’s time to get back to the track, We look forward to seeing you all soon
Your health and safety are our priority. Here are our new protocols and things you need to
consider before you come to our shows.
Admission Process:
- Upon entry, you will be greeted by staff behind plexiglass
- You will find a separate liability release/waiver for the occupants to sign and
return to staff. Printable at https://hardcorederbypromotions.com/ - You must print, sign and date BOTH waivers to be able to enter
- Please bring your own pen to complete the release and race entry form.
- Your ticket will be a wristband. Please secure it to your own wrist and help your kids with
theirs. - We have trash bags if you need one. Please dispose of your trash in our dumpster on your
way home. - Park no less than 10 feet apart from your neighbor on all sides.
- Please remain in your pit area unless going to/from registration, concessions or the
racetrack. Don’t roam or visit your neighbors – use your phone for that ,there will be a MASK ONLY section in the stand ! in the regular stands Every other row must be used no more than 10 people sitting together side by side , then skip 6 feet
Registration Process:
Change will NOT be given unless we absolutely have to . Please come prepared.
- All drivers and pit crew can register at the Pit Entrance Bring your Signed Waivers
completed Please - Clerks will be seated behind protective barriers for your protection and theirs.
- Standing positions will be marked 6 feet apart for social distancing. Please stand apart.
Race Procedures:
Only the Driver is allowed in the inspection line. Due to social distancing concerns.
Drivers when wearing helmets are not required to wear a face mask.
Health Considerations:
- Social distancing is key. That means standing at least 6 feet apart from one another.
- Family members who have quarantined together are not expected to social distance from
one another. - Wear a face cover when you are unable to social distance or stand 6 feet apart. Bring you
own mask. Just use common sense. Besides, it’s cool to be covered! - Wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer. We will have hand sanitizer available.
- Please do not offer to shake hands with anyone.
- An Isolation Station will be located near the EMS Station for persons feeling ill. If you think
you have a fever or start to feel ill, please do not go to the EMS Station. We have a separate
Isolation Station for this purpose. Please go there so you do not infect the EMS Station - The CDC recommends persons who are sick with fever or cough, the elderly or those at
high risk, to stay home. We do too. Please do not attend our event if this is you. - Please take your own temperature before you leave home. If you have a temperature of at
least 100.4, you have a fever and should stay home. - If you know you have had contact with someone diagnosed with having COVID-19 in the last
14 days, or you yourself have had COVID-19 in the last 30 days, please stay home. - Respect the local community — wear facemasks or shields, gloves and wash your hands when
supporting local businesses. - Our onsite HEIC (Health Executive In-Charge) are Frankie Guy 724-557-7428. Call him if you
have any concerns over the weekend.
We will Kindly and politely ask you to wear your mask ultimately, we cannot force you to:
- Social Distance
- No handshake
- Own pen
- Mask
- Both Waivers is A MUST Have
- Hand Sanitizer/wipes
